A retail group wanted to test ten-minute grocery delivery in one city before committing capital to a full build. We deployed a multi-vendor quick-commerce platform across four dark stores — customer app, seller panel, delivery-rider app and admin — inside a single quarter.

/ Challenge
Quick commerce lives or dies on the logistics layer, not the storefront. Orders must route to the nearest store with stock, and riders must be dispatched before the customer closes the app. The client also needed multi-vendor support so third-party sellers could join later without re-platforming.

Marketplace configuration
Store geofences, catalogue structure, commission rules, delivery slots and dynamic tax setup across four locations, with the multi-vendor layer enabled but dormant until they are ready for third-party sellers.
Payments & integrations
Local payment gateways alongside cash on delivery, wallet and coupon logic, plus Google Maps for address capture, geocoding and rider routing.
Apps & store release
Customer, seller and delivery apps rebranded and released to both stores, with the rider app specifically optimised for low-end devices and intermittent connectivity.
/ Solution
We configured location-based routing so each order resolves to the correct dark store by geofence, with fallback to the next nearest when stock runs out. Payments were wired to the gateways their customers actually use locally, and the rider app was tuned for cheap Android hardware on poor connections.

One codebase across the customer, seller and rider apps on iOS and Android, so a change to order logic ships everywhere at once.
CodeIgniter & MySQL
Backend, admin panel and web storefront, hosted on the client's own infrastructure with room to scale per store.
Google Maps & Firebase
Geofencing, address autocomplete and rider routing via Google Maps Platform; live order status and push notifications via Firebase.
